Course Level:
The NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma is recognized as a level-6 vocational qualification on the UK Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
In the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (SCQF), itโs recognized as a level 10 with 48 credit points.
In South Africa, itโs recognized as a level 8 worth 120 credits by the South African Qualification Association (SAQA).

Assessments
Format of ID1 Assessment: Unit DI1 is an assignment split over two papers. Both papers must be submitted at the same time.
- Paper 1: Simulation questions
- Paper 2: Workplace activities, reflective tasks and a research project
NEBOSH recommends you spend around 40 hours on your DI1 assignment. You will have 4 weeks to complete your assignment and submit it electronically.
Format of DI2 & DI3 Assessments: These units are assessed with a case study and scenario based questions. NEBOSH recommends you spend around 20 hours on each assessment paper. You will have 2 weeks to complete each assessment and submit it electronically.

ย You must achieve a pass in all three units to achieve your full NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma. Once youโve passed all units, your marks will be added together and youโll be awarded your final qualification grade.
